New to the board located in sunny So-Cal. Looking to purchase my first project vehicle a 67-72 C10 Fleetside SWB.

Can anyone provide me some advice as to what to look for in terms of major issues or problems? I'm going to look at a truck this weekend. The owner has given me the following details: motor and tranny recently rebuilt and strong, 12 bolt rear, and some rust on pass rocker and 2 cab supports. Are there any areas he might be missing I should looking at for rust? Are there any issues that would make you walk away? Thanks
