66 C20 from San Diego, California
Hey guys, I sold my 69 C20 last Monday and picked up a 66 C20 on Friday. 327, TH400, factory A/C. It needs a lot more work than the previous truck so I'm sure I'll be posting a lot more questions now. I got below all the grease on the engine and transmission and all numbers match the protect o plate so that was a relief!
My plan for now is to get the brakes working and get the fuel pump working, it does run but has a funky setup with a hose from the carb to a plastic water jug hahaha. Once it's driveable in a couple weeks I'm going to pull the engine and trans to do a full cleaning, install new hoses and all new wiring. Here's a pic: ![]() |
