Shiny wheels would be cool too, but I didn't have tons of money to spend and am impatient (I could have saved up some more paychecks) but thought with my black grill, and red paint they would look pretty good, the wheels also have a red stripe on them. I had some chrome/black modular wheels, but they had some rust and were 10" wheels while I wanted to go with 8" But I agree, shiny chrome wheels would look great on it.

Nice truck there devils ride. You have any problems with your front tires rubbing while flexed out like that? I need to test my flex out on my truck since I put the lift on and the tires.
Also, one other question, did you run into any problems with your driver side emergency brake cable being short? Yours is a 77, does it use the loop system or the single cable down the driver side?

6 inch Rough Country lift with 33 inch tires at the moment. New wheels and tires on order. Im going with a new 36" Super Swamper Irok that actually measures 36.8". I am going to install a 3 inch body lift too. I will post a pic after I get them on too.

Thanks Destructo-
I did have rubbing problems, but only while turned and flexing, both of the rear corners on the front fenders are bent up now, and I dont often have rubbing problems, unless I am traveling rather fast. The 33" tuck up perfectly otherwise. The 35"s would require a lot of fender work to flex like that. I didnot an dont have any problems with the ebrake cable, it seems to work out with no problems. -Devil

Mine was a rather tight fit accross the spring, so I was worried about if it flexed out it might pull the cable to tight and possible break it, so for now I disconnected it until I can find a slightly longer cable for that side.
