What is this part?

Probably a stupid question but I can't figure out what this piece is. My truck has been apart for almost a year and I'm losing track of where things go lol

Almost looks like it could be a rear bumper cover..... for a different vehicle.

That's what I am thinking also.

The center part looks like where a license plate light assembly goes.

Looks like it could be a close out panel for another vehicle, mounted between the grille and radiator support. The center section would be where a hood latch goes?
