K30 454 engine body emblems
Been kicking this idea around. I've always liked how the gm muscle cars had the engine size emblems on the hood or fenders. I thought of adding a set under my Silverado 30 emblems. Made a magnetic decal to size that's similar to the 454 emblems I ordered. I wanted to see how it would look before I made it permanent.

What about putting it on the forward part of the fender above the marker lamp. I think it would stand out more and keep the area where the k30 emblem is looking less busy. kind of how they are on the 69-72's.

Re: K30 454 engine body emblems
do you have a cowl hood?
i too think it gets a little busy around the fender emblem so i stuck a set on my cowl. i like the leaning 454 emblems cause it makes my truck faster...... what about your 'gate? i stuck one like yours on mine. even on the marker lite the leaning numbers look good |
