Don't know what to do

I have converted not only a manual transmission but also got rid of the automatic steering column to a floor shift column now the dilemma is I used the neutral safety switch from the auto column but it the sometime get hit and then will not start and I will need to play around to find the right setting on it to get it back to running what can I do to by pass this and make things run right

Bypass the switch wire the leads together

Which ones I have a light and dark green then there is also I believe one more connector that is two purples?

The purple goes to the starter, jump them together. That should get the starter working.

You can take a 2" piece of wire and strip each end. Fold it in a horseshoe shape & insert into both wires (formerly)connected to the neutral safety switch. Caution. It will start in gear.
