Wondering about the year of my truck????

So my truck title and Vin shows it to be a 67. It's a long bed/big back window truck. Originally was a three on the column. I now have a nice 355 and moved the shifter to the floor. What I don't get is this. It does have 68 front fenders on it due to the side marker lights. It also has 68 and later seat belts on it (figured that out after seeing the info on here). And the gauge cluster is not from a 67 either. Can't hardly read anything on the glove box door. Any help would be appreciated. And I work dark to dark ne,t few days, can't get any pics, but can look at stuff with a flash light when I get home.

Are you trying to figure out if it is a 67 or 68? I have the same exact truck, longbed, big back window, non-wired side markers front/rear. It was sold late in 67 as a 68 so titled as 1968. Depending on the original sold date it's not unlikely for these trucks to have a little overlap in available features.

kyman, post your VIN from the door jamb, as well as the VIN and the model number from the SPID label inside the glove box door, and we can get you more info. Better yet, post the VIN from the door jamb and a clear photo of the SPID label.

Do you have a parking brake under the column, or on the floor? Post a pic of the Spid tag from the glovebox door. '67's had somethin unique on the frame, near where a P/s pump would be, but i cannot remember if its supposed to flat and others had raised sections or vice versa.

I've seen features carry over, as well as trucks sold later. We just have to go with the VIN
