The one from early classics is for a truck with a bumper. It does not work with a roll pan. I designed one and had a local welding shop make it for me. I can send you pix.

I have one of their hidden hitches and love it. They make a class 4 hitch.

I had a local shop weld one up behind my roll-pan. This weekend we pulled a car trailer with a camaro on it. Went 500 miles without a problem. I can get under there and take some pics if you want.

Only complaint I have is that they extended it too far back, so I am going to have it modified so I can fit a Blazer tank under there. But when I had it put in I didn't have plans for the Blazer tank.

Hmmm, somethings not right with the Early Classic hidden hitch. I ordered one from them (for a roll pan) and they sent it to me. When I got it, it did not line-up with the space where the license plate mounts (hung down to low) so I called them on this. They told me that they only made a hidden hitch to fit the stock rear bumper and that is what they thought I wanted so I had to send mine back. After sending it back, I had one made. Couldn't be happier with it. Cost me $75 and a 12 pack

i looked at the sir michaels hitches but i don't think that they will work because their license plate boxes are a lot lower than mine their boxes start half way down the roll-pan.

could i gets some pics of the hitches you guys have made so i can make one.

Pont said that his ECE hitch was too low and from looking at the pictures it looks like it will hang out the bottom a bit

anybody got pics of the hitches they made?

71chevylongbed, this is the only pic I have of mine and it doesn't show very well how it was made and what it looks like under there. I also mounted my plug underneath to keep it out of site. Overall, couldn't be happier with the setup. Pulls my 24' travel trailer and utility trailer just fine. If it ever stops raining here, I'll get better pics........
