USA manufactured replacement sheetmetal
I see this morning a banner add the site is running for a company called CARS1NC They are claiming to offer USA made sheet metal for our trucks and others. I am wondering if any of you know anything about this. I will also be checking into this. Lets see what they have and how good it is, John

John, they have been around for at least 10-15 years. I believe they got their start with tri-five cars. Trevor

Re: USA manufactured replacement sheetmetal
My dad has used some misc parts from them on his 55 Bel Air and was pleased with the quality.
I looked at their fenders for a 72 C10 (they don't list them for 69, even though we know it's the same fender) Price was 179.99. I don't know if those are stamped from them here or not, but the price isn't much different from some of the overseas parts so if you were interested in something you should call and verify they stamp their own truck sheetmetal. |

Re: USA manufactured replacement sheetmetal
Yeah shipping to south Carolina for a 72 fender was 179.95 the fender was 179.00. I wish the aftermarket body panel business would move east

Isn't Top Banana closer to you? Their stuff [or all that i have gotten from them] is Tri-plus/ Key parts and they fit quite well. I have been very pleased with them, i just got a truck load of truck parts sent to me on a pallet the door look great [They said muscle car GT on them but the part number is a key parts number. Jim

I haven't heard of top banana until you mentioned them. Looked them up but it would still be 130 to ship. Might have to make a road trip.
