CPP Tie Rod Sleeves Question

So I'm interested in a set of CPP's tie rod sleeves because they seem easier to work with, and I'd rather put money into something others use and has a good company backing it.

My question - I'm replacing both inner and outer tie rods so will the sleeves from CPP work with the stock replacement tie rods? Also, I've seen some talk of 'longer' or 'shorter' sleeves and a tie rod drop kit - I have a 3 / 5 drop, so do I need longer or shorter ones?

Future plan: I'm looking to get to a 5.5/7 drop in the future (add drop spindles w/ disc & blocks in the back).

Truck: 1970 C10 with the stock (power) steering.

Also if there's anything else I seem to be overlooking, please tell me.

Re: CPP Tie Rod Sleeves Question

I'm pretty sure mine are the short ones. I have a 69 that's 5.5 in front and 6 (soon to be bagged) out back. I recently rebuilt my entire front end with all Moog parts and had zero issues with the sleeves, I love them. The part number for the sleeves I used were ES2004SP-AP, they are the polished ones.

Hope that helps
