Roof rack for my 59 Apache
Does anyone how to build a roof rack for my truck or where to get one, I've seen the quick n easy one, but not sure how to mount the wood.

Hit up the pomona swapmeet and talk with the vendor in the VW section that makes those. he might be able to make one for your truck.

I'd say we need to get a better idea of exactly what you are attempting to do. Roof rack on a pickup, roof rack on a burb or panel? or a trick looking lumber rack for the back of the pickup? Or one of those junky looking steel tubing and expanded metal things that the gortex brigade likes to stick on their rigs to go to the woods with?

you could do like one po of my truk did and just bolt a ladder rack through the cowl

I have i a set of wood toped metal braket ones probably late 50's to mid 60's vintage saw a fleetside on ebay other day had almost same set with a surf board attached it looked great
