CA 55-59 Misc Truck parts

I need a few misc parts and would prefer them to have some age since the rest of the pick up does (hence not buying them new). My pick up is a '59 Chevy 3100

I need:
inside window crank
inside door crank
driver side window frame sheet metal and hardware
horn button
original style rear tail lights
driver side window glass (shipping may not make this feasible).
