Free 72 top
Towed my 72 CST home today, seller helped load it, drug it with a tractor and the tow strap dented the grill when he lifted it up, oh well. And when I got on Interstate I-10 the cut off top blew off, I didn't think to check it or strap it down, now it's in several more pieces, anyone want a jigsaw puzzle top? It's yours if you want it.
I did check out a 4wd Blazer the seller also has, I can get a date coded 350 to match mine, complete vehicle for $500, can't decide if I want to pull it out of the woods. Oh, the seller did say it had a tach in the dash at one time when I asked him, I'm thinking he sold the dash cluster and the glove box door, but didn't want to tell me. What all came standard on a Blazer CST?

Re: Free 72 top
from what I know the cst package was the passenger seat, the upgraded door and rear interior panels and rear seat with carpet and console.I've read also a mount for the transfer case as well.I also belive side trim and chrome bumpers ,you had to order the wood grain separate and full cover caps according to my 72 and 71 cst blazers spid plate.i could be wrong on any of this.

Congrats on getting the 2WD home. As long as you can save the frame and the tub with VIN plate you are golden with a clean title. Looks like the 4WD will get you at least a decent roll bar, hood and wheels (if you don't use the Rallys on the 2WD) with the engine as upside if it is usable. Not bad for $500

Re: Free 72 top
My CST has no rear seat and no skid plate. It has the highlander package and has the sport seats. I think you could order just about any combination even with the CST. Check your spid because mine had the parchment interior just like yours so you never know it may be a highlander.
