ebrake cable for 67-68 3/4 4x4 wanted!!
Hi all,
I am looking for the ebrake cable for a 1967-1968 3/4 4x4. I am not sure what other trucks have the same cable, but the cable on my 67 3/4 4x4 burb is longer then anything that I can find in the junkyards. I think it has to do with the burb having front leaf springs. The cable i need is the front cable from the hand brake. It goes thru the firewall, and then back under the cab and thru the frame via an "L" shaped bracket. Thanks!!!! |

good luck finding one, i know Erl asked me to take pics of mine so he could see how they are supposed to go on his '68 GMC KM/2500, and they are totally different. my '69 goes thru the firewall and down along the frame, then to the axle. good luck and ttt.

Inline Tube does all kinds of brake stuff. Check out their website. They do it all and even make ones to your specs. A bit pricy but they probably have what you are lookinig for if you can't find one from anyone else. Good luck

Sorry, I didn't mean to confuse anyone, but inline tube has both the e-brake cables as well as the brake tubing. They make both pieces in tin or stainless. Mike
