Just wanted to say hello and thanks for having a place for us 67-72 Blazer/Truck fanatics to go. I have a 1972 K5 olive green Blazer that is in the midst of restoration. I have owned it for eight years and have never driven it (total basket case). After a body change and suspension work the project took a backseat(new home, job, two sons, etc.). I have been reading your boards for over a year and decided it was time to join. I have often thought of selling all my stuff but seeing others in the forums involved in and completing restorations motivates me to finish. My Blazer is as follows:
1972 K5 4" lift built 350, 4 speed 35" tires, GM rallies And boxes and boxes of new and used parts, chrome, interior(houndstooth), etc. to finish the project. I still lack a few items and may be able to find them here. So thanks for letting me be a member and thanks for the inspiration to finish my blazer. |

Welcome from Kentucky! Be careful with this board. It is quite addictive and you might wind up spending more time here than working on your truck!!
