usually you need to make a tool to do it with out breaking the lens, but since your lenses are gone, just get 2 flat blade screw drivers, and from the back you will see 4 tabs ( 2 top , 2 bottom) just push the two top tabs down with the screw drivers, and push it out, then you might need to do the same with the bottom 2.
