Re: Project U S Army Sargent Slam

It took 9 hours and a run to the hardware store. But I got the rear bolt in ride tech system in. I was pretty disappointed in the instructions from ridetech and the kit was missing alot of nuts and bolts. Here's a pic of it air all the way up. It really has 10 inches of travel

Side view of it lowered. Next is the front but i think that will take about 12 to 14 hours. Also bought some 18 inch beauty rings. Waiting on the spider caps to come.

Re: Project U S Army Sargent Slam

you will love the ride with the rear air bar setup. I see a lot of guys put their bags on bars and I have done it myself a couple times, but there is no need for 15-20-25 inches of lift in the rear, I never raised mine more than enough to drive. the truck I had my airbar on was hands down the best ride I ever had, sleeve bags ride amazing and handle more weight than most double convoluted bags. I have a whole air ride tech airbar setup including tube front arms here in the garage and its tempting to use on the 47 gmc, but probably will wait for my 46.
