I had my wrecker on and off of Craigslist and here for a few years. You assumption could be very incorrect. The only thing wrong with my truck was I wished I could keep it and I ignore people who send lower offers without ever seeing it. Well, don't exactly ignore them. I reply "Come and look it over, then tell me why you think it's worth less than what I'm asking". Sometimes what's wrong with a vehicle on Craigslist is the people looking at it.
Maybe it's as simple as the seller has it listed as a C/10 when that's not what it is at all. It's a K/10 and people who want a K/10 search for K/10s. I never put any keywords in till the last time I listed it. So, I put some of those in, raised the price, and a guy came down from Buffalo, NY, paid my price, hauled it home, and posted it on Craigslist within a week for $1,500 more
