This is the LOKAR top mount shifter on my 64 Powerglide.

The hole is substantial and I need to find a larger boot and plate to cover it up.

Keep two things in mind if u do; you may need to order a new shift cable because some of his shifters attach basically backwards, and make SURE you double check dimensions with him. The reason my stalk is cut down is because he often switches between including and not including the base height when you put together a custom order.

Oh and CALL to order. His website ordering is janky and it will be 20-40$ cheaper on the phone especially if u talk custom stuff.

here mine....and yes that is a door plunger in use of the knob...i dont know how they done that...needless to say got to find a new cheap one if poss.
