Drivers front turn signal no work

Finished up the front end swap got all the the lights wired up and working I hit the turn signals and notice the drivers side wasnt working ,changed the bulbs and noting so I dug back into the harness and notice the Lite blue wire for the drivers turn signal has no power and the dash light wasnt working even though the rear was flashing , I disconnected the lt blue wire and the dash light started flashing but still no power to the front wire , dose the same when the emergency flashers are pulled .
