They did use that wheel on the Astro van just the lower trimmed ones. the upper trim trucks of that day [along with the trucks and the vans] Used the 4 spoke wheel. It is very popular and looks good on these trucks.The wheel in the above pics could be found with Chevy center cap or the GMC one also you could get that wheel out of a S-10 from about 86 through about 92 or 3. I used to throw those away from truck i junked I junked way over a 100 S-10 through out the years and tossed that type of wheel away. and later on the other types too now wishing I hadn't cause they look more than ok in the old C-10's
