Cool K/20 photo

My father in law sent me his picture of him dragging his new (ancient) hunting camper home earlierthis evening. I'm not sure on the year of the camper but I do know it's probably about as old as his 72 K/20. It looked cool enough to me to post up. He needs a drop hitch haha.

Re: Cool K/20 photo

If he put a set of those tires that are in the bed, on the trailer, he wouldn't need a drop hitch

I actually asked him the same question haha no it came of off a front end loader. I'm not sure what he is going to use it for.

Michael that picture was taken on the reservation about 40 miles or so south of shiprock on 491 up close to the mountains.

Re: Cool K/20 photo

I was waiting for you to chime in Kevin. I put a starter and a new voltage regulator in it because It devolved a parasitic draw but other than that it runs like a champ. Probably gonna do a cab swap this spring. He's been hauling about everything you can imagine all over kingdom come and he's very happy with it.

All I can say about the tire is I'm glad he's an hour away from me so I don't have to throw my back out hahaha!

Re: Cool K/20 photo

I'm not sure what size it is but it was at my house for a while waiting for him to pick it up, it took 4 of us to get it in the truck(we DID NOT PICK IT UP) haha. He said the truck road nice and smooth with all the weight in the back!

Hell yea we do Pete. I just gotta get my junk up and running. The rust repair on the cab is about 1/2 done. Been slowly chipping at it all.

Kevin that's quite the "vintage" rv haha. The "Horse" pulling it along is a nice one too!
