Bagged with stock floor and inner fenders
Does anyone have any pictures of c10s on air with stock arms and trailing arms with a bolt in notch and inner fenders with 16 inch steel wheels ..... Or something similar?

Re: Bagged with stock floor and inner fenders
If you use a notch, your bed won't clear the rear differential when aired out. I have 17" steelies, and 2.5" drop spindles.

Re: Bagged with stock floor and inner fenders
I have the Porterbuilt bolt in notch. My bed floor is slightly raised. My stock inner fenders are out right now because I'm painting them, but they do clear. Tire height is crucial. Mine are 27" tall. Here is a side pic.

Re: Bagged with stock floor and inner fenders
I am running the same wheels as cubber. I am on air, 2.5" drop spindles, no notch just yet. Going to put my notch in next week, but here is how it sits right now. I'm also going to install 2" drop blocks in the rear to help even out bag pressures.

Re: Bagged with stock floor and inner fenders
Scratch that. I thought they were the same as mine, but I am seeing a stepped lip now. Maybe one of the Summit wheels?

Re: Bagged with stock floor and inner fenders
As said previously. As long as overall tire diameter is roughly 27", you'll be solid. Inner fenders installed, bolt in notch, bed raised 2" Crossmember sits on the ground as the tires rest on inner fenders.

Re: Bagged with stock floor and inner fenders
This is as low as you can go with out cutting the bed out. N2billet did modify the inner bed sides, but the tubs are stock.

Re: Bagged with stock floor and inner fenders
This is great information, what wheel width and offset are you guys running on your wheels? And are your tires tucking inside the fenders or on the 1st couple of inches of the outside where it's flat?

Re: Bagged with stock floor and inner fenders
This is about as low as it can go on mine. Stock inner fenders with about 1/2" clearance at top, stock bed height with 1/4" clearance at top of diff., 20" wheels, 28.7" tall tires, porterbuilt bolt in c-notches, porterbuilt mild drop member with 2" drop spindles.
If I raised the bed a bit, the back could drop another 1.5", and remove the inner fenders would probably get another 1.5-2" drop. Don't have any new pics yet with the hood and bumper on, but they are on.. |

Re: Bagged with stock floor and inner fenders
Rear bump stops came with c-notches, for the front I have QA1 shocks and the bumps slide on the shock piston, just cut to length you want.

Re: Bagged with stock floor and inner fenders
DO you have a part number for the shock style bump stop? I like that idea.
