front 5 lug disc convertion questions

I've red all the ways to do it a couple of years ago,
and now I'm ready to begin, I can use all the advice I can get.
I've got a '68 , that I have most of the '72 parts to go under it.
but if my memory will serve me correctly, I think you used all '72 parts, exept for the inner tierod end, if i keep the '68 drag link?
can someone please enlighten me on the correct way one more time, Thanks John

this is waht I have.
in the way of new parts
72 spindles ( not new)
turned rotors
new brake calipers w/brake pads
upper& lower ball joints
inner& outer tie rod ends
brake hoses/ with banjo bolts
upper and lower control arm bushing kits
brake booster w/ master cyl,
shocks.
I've been buying a little at a time,
chassis/steering parts are expensive,
what else will I need ?

I did it on my 69 you will need the upper and lower ball joints for a 72. You will have to change the inner outer tie rod ends and the sleeve. These are Auto Zone part Numbers 1 inner ES403L, 1 inner ES406L 2 outer ES415R, 2 ES20045 adjusters. Cant really remember which went were but they will only fit one way. I think the ES406 has to be the inner on the driver’s side. I keep my draglink that is why You need the ES406L the hole on the 69 draglink was smaller then the one on the 72.

I've done a search, and must have missed the answers I'm looking for, if I use a 68 drag link, then I use the 68 inner tierod ends, and 72 outer, and they both will fit in the adjuster sleave ?
is this correct.

I used a 72 drag link when i switched my 69, i don't know if the 2 different tie-rods will fit the adjuster sleave or not, you could always try it at the parts store
