Rim diameter guestimation

Took this pic from a show report in Truckin' from 2011.

Is anyone able to identify the rim diameter from the pic and/or make?

20s or 22s (I think 22s)

Might be Eagle 225s or Coddington Magnetos

Maybe look into finding that issue of Truckin online if you know what the article was called unless it was a show piece.
