Wow, thanks you guys.... I hate to admit this, but the last time that I did this I was 17 and I got so frustrated trying to get at that freakin' bolt, that I took the jigsaw and cut the heater core out, then fiberglassed it up ..... worked pretty well, but wasn't pretty at all!!!!!!! Thanks again, I'll give this a try the proper way.

p.s. since that chop job, I had a new one installed when I replaced the inner and outer fender wells..
