Re: Wtb mirror prt

I have the same camper style swing out mirrors on my '71 4x4. When I restored it I was needing the same arms, they were rusted chrome, not stainless like the rest of the bracketry. Found some SOLID stainless steel arms thaat used an internal thread and bolt, did not have the external threaded male end and acorn style nut. If your not hung up on being completely original I can dig up the part # and address of the mfg. of the arms. Don't recall what they were price wise but guarantee you'll never replace them again because of rust issues. Let me know and I can either post here or PM the info.

Re: Wtb mirror prt

I bought the solid stainless steel mirror arms at a local aftermarket parts house in Wichita, Ks. called " Truck Stuff". Catchy name huh, LOL. The parts themselves came from:
Delbar Products, Inc.
Perkasie, Pa. zip 18944
Part # 620C-11 Price was $18.00 ea. plus tax.

That was several years ago, inflation most likely has them over $20 now, not sure. May be able to find them doing a Google search or check with your local parts house to see if they can order them. Highly recommend them over the rusty/crusty originals I had to start with. Hope that helps.

Re: Wtb mirror prt

I Googled Delbar Products and it came up as being acquired by
FICOSA NORTH AMERICA in Madison Heights, Mich. Might try the Google search and see where that leads you. May take a bit of time but if still available the stainless steel arms ARE THE WAY TO GO for sure. Mine have been on the truck for almost 14 years and still look like the day I installed them
Good luck in your search and if you make connections on the Delbar arm please post here for future reference.
