Did GM make a ?????????????

I was wanting to know if there is a gear ratio offered for our trucks, ( 12 BOLT ) that is in between 4.11 and 4.56? I see where there is one for a Ford nine inch. Lke a 4.33 or 4.35. Let me know??

Try this link, the ones in red were the stock ratios the other ones were aftermarket. I would just to the Summit, or Jegs sites and see what is available.

The lowest gear offered in a 12-bolt i n these trucks is 4.11. You can get lower gears from the aftermarket and have them swapped in.

BTW Walker, that link you posted is for the passenger car 12-bolt, which is quite different that the truck 12-bolt. Many more ratios were offered for the car version, and i hear it is stronger too.

you can always swap a ford nine inch into your truck with that gear ratio in it. same bolt pattern. some modifications required though.
