I would still like some pictures of the original seat cover if you still have it. Thanks.

Not much left of the original seat cover.

Enough to see what I wanted though. Two different color vinyl and the cloth insert is not houndstooth. Looks just like mine. Now I just need to find a source for "Custom Cloth" seat covers.

I took off those wheels and put back on the split rims so it is safer to drive.

By that, he means we never got the correct lug nuts to use with those wheels (Astro van lug nuts).

Hmmmm...mess around with trying to find someone to put tires on a split rim or risk your own health trying to do it yourself vs. going to the junkyard or the local Chevy store to get some Astro lug nuts....hmmmm what to do, what to do....

Re: Dad scores again! 1969 C20 BBC/auto

Nah, the split's are just on there so that it can be moved around and for him to be able to drive it around. If he decided he wants to keep the alloys, we'll get the right lugs. The alloys and tires were stolen from an auction for $25/set, that's the only reason we have them.

That's not the first time I've seen those wheels on one of our trucks and I kinda like them...especially if the center caps are installed. If I had found some for my truck for $25, you can bet they would be on there right now.

Re: Dad scores again! 1969 C20 BBC/auto

They did totally change the truck! The only thing we aren't sure of yet is, for the rears, we would have to use dually caps. And they are massive!
