Cowl body seams

Guys,under the cowl panel at windshield corners are vertical body seams,should they be filled with seam sealer?Thanks.

Yes. I just took my cowl panel off, and there are gobs of sealer on the seams. I guess "out of sight, out of mind" ruled the neatness of sealing the seams.
