Hello-- I just replaced all the old gauges with new ones. The volts and oil pressure went too high... What do I need to reduce high volts and oil pressure?

Hello there-- the oil pressure from low to high. Volts gauge went from 8 to 18. I think I might need to replace an oil sensor part but I'm not sure about volt.
