The cab&chassis trucks don't have the same frame arrangement as a pickup. The frame is longer on a c&c (Cab to Axle is 60" vs 56" on a Pickup) so if you line the wheel wells up with the wheels you'll have 4" of extra gap between the cab and bed. Also C&C frame rails are narrower at 34" center to center so you'll have to do some mods to mount the bed.

Would be pretty cool though.
