Smaller Brake booster??????

Hey guys Im looking to run a smaller brake booster any one have suggestion on what one to run I've seen guys run the 8" from corvette I believe in the past any help would be great thanks

Call up ABS brakes in orange Ca. Im sure they will hqve something. They got me a small one but for a nova.. im sure they have for more applications.

For one to have more clearance between my engine and booster its really close with my LS swap my truck is bagged and I z'd the frame 3' so the engine sits close to the booster.

Then switch to hydroboost. I wouldn't sacrifice any braking no matter what in these trucks.

I would either go hydro boost or if you do get a smaller vacuum booster, get one that is dual diaphragm design.

I used the smaller dual 8" booster on one of my ls swaps for clearance as well . It has more surface area than the standard 11" booster . May be just a little bit more boost . Mine works great with no ill effects . If you do this only use the dual and you will be fine .
