Help with bad windshield washer hoses inside firewall

I just inherited a "barn find" '88 Chevy C3500 with 29K original miles. It's immaculate but has a few issues from sitting so long.

The washer pump was bad, so I put in a new one. When I hit the switch I get fluid running out from under the body. I'm assuming a line is dry rotted or mouse eaten inside the firewall. How can I access these lines. Thru the cowl? How do I get it off? I don't see any screws.

You will go through the wiper cowl. Its fairly easy

Remove the wiper arms.

Remove the 2 outer cowl pieces(2 screws in each piece)

Remove the wiper cowl screws(I cant remember how many screws there are)

Remove the wiper cowl. You will have to disconnect the washer hose, the nozzles are attached to the wiper cowl.

You will now have access to all the hose. Its a good idea to lube the wiper linkage if your wipers squeak.

Re: Help with bad windshield washer hoses inside firewall

Ok, so I am having issues getting the wiper arms off, but I was able to take out the cowl screws and get my paw down in there. I found a hose popped of at the "Y" fitting. I put the hose back on and tested. no flow. it seems the nozzles are plugged solid. Who sells replacement nozzles? All I'm finding are universal kits.

if you can get them out. take a blow gun and blow them out backwards. probably full of dirt from being disconnected for so long.

I found new ones on Ebay 22$ a pair. Tried blowing / cleaning the old ones with no luck!

A wire pulled from a wire brush makes a great tool to clean wiper nozzles
