Anyone found a pre-made TV bracket that clears a big block intake?
I've swapped from the TH400 to a TH200-4R that requires a TV cable mount. Unfortunately the parts-store units and Summit's all fail to clear our horrible low-rise intakes.
I'm about to have one fabricated, but if there's an off-the-shelf unit people have found that works with the big blocks with stock intakes, please let me know!

I ended up having to make my own for the 200-4r with 3x2 setup. I couldn't find one and didn't feel like waisting time. it turned out rather well..

That'd work I bet, though I'm trying to keep a stock appearance, at least as much as I can.
Never understood why they used such a low-rise intake, lower than the 325hp (I think) cars even, when they then stick a 4-inch spacer on top of the carb, a giant air cleaner, and still have 7 inches of room!

Yeah, the spacer bothered me at first, but considering you have a 1/4" spacer anyway it's not the end of the world, and I would think it would keep the fuel cooler in the carb bowl. It's really not something that jumps out at you.
I rerouted the return springs to the front, and that bothers me more. I have heard the manifold was to accommodate the Corvette. I have a 71 BB Corvette w/air, and I can tell you there ain't much room left under there. With 3.73 gears and the low gear in the 700R, the tranny really woke my truck up from a standing stop.
