That looks like it, they must have repainted the one I just got because it is solid blue. That doesn't look to bad. Thanks for the pic

Mine was solid blue and i had the top of cab painted off white because I love this combo . Can't remember the white paint code but I got it from this forum somewhere.

The trucks in posts #4 and #7 are correct for your 531 code.
531 is a two tone code that breaks down to:
501 = Med Blue and
521 = White.
The 531 also dictates a standard two tone combination which is a white top and Med Blue body, just like the trucks in posts #4 and #7.
