I just put Firestone Transforce HT tires on my C-20.
What Tire pressure do you guys run in your trucks?

There's a max pressure rating on the tire. My front end buddy told me years ago to air up tires to max pressure, then drive vehicle, see how it drives. If it doesn't feel right, take a little bit of air out, until it hopefully improves. Of course you can only take so much out...
I work on a fleet of vehicles. I air up ALL the tires to the max pressure rating to be the safest. All are trucks, from pickups to medium duty trucks w/ 22.5" tires.
The rating on the tire is something you need to know. We have some suburbans w/ 17" tires. Some still have the original tires on them, they are rated @ 44 lbs. max. Some of the suburbans now have tires that have "LT" in the tire size, which indicates a "Light Truck" tire, these tires are rated @ 80 lbs maximum. and are the same exact size

What works best will depend on a few different factors. If they are the stock size & load rating, start with manufacturer's recommendation and adjust if necessary. If the tires are something other than original type, there are other things to consider.

You may need to increase the inflation when the truck is loaded. I would not inflate to max pressure unless it's needed -- that can result in a harsher ride, increased wear in center of tread, and squirrely steering.

If you MAX out the tires and have a extra hot day they could burst.
I would stay 5-8psi under max at all times, plus when filling a tire bursting in your face will make you ugly as sin and won't get the ladies....
