K5 steering box on pickup?
I am getting ready to buy 73-87 3/4 ton 4x4. But with big tires I have from experence there is no turning radius. Is it possible and if so how much work to mate a k5 box to a truck frame. The have such a better turning radius as we all know. I haven't looked at it up close, but was hoping one of ya'all would know off the top of your head.
Thanks, Joe |

They use the same exact steering box. In fact they use the same front suspension components. Blazer get their better turning radius from being shorter than the pickups by almost a foot in wheelbase.
