I have that cable, and I don't have the truck at home so - why does it run under the hood? The signals and all of that would be picked up under the dash, so why do the green/yellow/brown etc come through the firewall and then into the engine bay?

Because all the trucks I've ever seen the wires all come out in the engine bay at some point and then under the truck to go to the rear end of the truck.

Where do you think they should come out at? Just wondering

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
