Speedo cable
My speedometer is bouncing, after research I decided to buy a new cable. I stuck it on a drill and tested it and it seems to work. The question is, is it possible to lube the old cable? Or is it a lost cause? I tried to spray lithium WD40 into the cable and didn’t seem to work What if I pulled cable out and greased it?

You can leave it connected to the trans and disconnect from the cluster and pull it back through the firewall but otherwise leave the cable housing in place. Then pull the inner cable and check it for frayed spots/lube it up/run it back in. I think they're all of $10 at autozone if you need a new one.
