CD, 507 Lt. Blue is the same Lt. Blue used for the 537 two tones. 537 is the two tone code for 507 Lt. blue and 526 off-white/ivory. In 1967 and 1968 526 off-white/ivory was used for ALL the two tone combinations. 521 white was also available in 67/68 as a solid body color, but 521 was NOT used for the two tones. All 67/68s used 526 off-white/ivory (ditzler paint/part number 8290) for the two tone secondary color and the bumpers, grill trim, wheels, paint stripe and tailgate letters if white/ivory was called for.
So your looking for 1968 code 507 lt. Blue. (Ditzler paint number 12846)
And 1968 code 526 Ivory/Off-white. (Ditzler paint number 8290)
A note on the 521 paint code:
In 1967, 68 and 69 the 521 White was Ditzler paint number 8080
In 1970, 71 and 72 the 521 White was Ditzler paint number 2185
in 1967/68 521 White was not used for the two tones
in 1969 through 1972 the 521 White was used for the two tones.
But the 1969 521 White was Ditzler paint number 8080 where as the 1970 -72 521 white was Ditzler paint number 2185
As far as seeing a truck with the correct Lt. Blue and Ivory color combo, the truck in post #3 is correct.

Here are some links to some 507 trucks

(disregard the 72 in post #4)

You can send a PM to Mr. Chevrolet, He just painted his truck 507 Blue. Pic of it in link below.

Here is a link to his build thread
http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=604414
Here is a thread where another member tried and found the right color for the 507 lt. blue color
http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=586964
The color name doesn't matter. There were several color names for every color. Sales had a name, Marketing had a name, Gm paint had a name, Ditzler, Sherwin Williams etc. had a name. What's important is the code and the year. On the 507 Lt. blue code, it was used in 1967, 1968 and 1969 for our years and also in 1964 1965, 1966 on Chevrolet trucks.
Here are the paint numbers for different companies
GM = WE5120
Ditzler/PPG = 12846
DuPont = 4537L, 4537, 93-78387
Sherwin Williams = 8659
Chrysler = DT8569

Hope this helps.
