Im runing 295/45/20 on the back of mine with no rubbing issues but i will be switching to a 305/35/20 this winter

20x9 et18 (1/2" spacers to clear axels-et 6 ish)
235/55 rear
245/50 front
Would like 235s all around
Fit nice and can totally lower it a bit and still fit rears perfectly

I think a 255 is too wide for a 8.5" rim. I'd recommend 245/40 fronts with 275/45 rears. Like this...

If you are going to run a 295/40 I'd consider a 245/45 or 245/50. This truck has 295/40 rears but way too small 245/35 fronts.
