Al. Radiators and Antifreeze

I was wondering what kind of antifreeze would I use for a Aluminum Radiator? I know I need Distilled Water. I do live in the Panhandle of Florida and it has gotten down into the upper 20's F.
This will be a New 383 stroker engine. Electric Fans VS. w/ AC.

Regular green will be just fine. Or G05 since that stuff is backwards compatable with old green.

Re: Al. Radiators and Antifreeze

I've always run regular green in motorcycles with aluminum radiators. Just about every modern car is aluminum too.

Re: Al. Radiators and Antifreeze

Just make sure that you plan on flushing it annually to keep everything in top condition.
