The 4 nub just means 71 and newer to clear disc brakes. The cap is 73 and newer. Are they 6 lug, or 5?

Can't tell anything about the wheel from the picture, other than 15". Can't see the center, so don't know the lug count and can't see the hubcap nubs. Don't know what type of vehicle OP has. There are stampings on the rim that will give info on year, etc
