WTB: Looking for Powerglide Pivot Shaft from Frame
I'm looking for a Powerglide pivot shaft. This is the bracket that attaches to the frame with a pin/shaft sticking out that the linkage pivots on.
This is the bracket attached to the driver side of the frame (inside): It's the black pin in this picture: Can also be seen in bottom left of this illustration: Thanks, Nicky!! |

That's strange. My linkage goes directly from the carb to the trans and isn't even close to the frame rail.

Is is power glide specific? I have this piece if you need it, and may have the other.

That piece you have laying on the frame looks like the bracket I have off of the selector side of the transmission, so maybe the pivot arm you have may work too. What trans did you have in your truck and what year is it? Thanks, Nicky |
