Belltech 5353 springs
I recently purchased a set of rear drop springs for my 69 -910 and I'm having issues with fitting the bottom spring retainer. I'm using the 1"spacer on the bottom as I purchased the kit for a 3"drop rather than a 4" My problem is that when I go to install the factory retainer (Ive ordered a new set)the lower spacer which comes up the middle of the spring and interferes with the retainer placement. Anyone else have this problem. Thanks in advance

Re: Belltech 5353 springs
I would think that the cup would sit on top of the spacer to sandwich the spring against it but youre going to need 5.5 inch bolts for that.

I asssumed that would also be the case, I have attached a picture of what it looks like sitting on top of the 1"spacer

Re: Belltech 5353 springs
I dont think I would run a spacer there.
I would want it bolted solid to the trailing arm.
