GMC drop leaf help / shock info

Hi all, been gone a long time and am back with an earlier body style this time. Anyway, working on getting the truck down but not extreme, 4" drop leafs in rear and need some shock info, no one at the parts store seems to be able to look up the specs of the stock rear shocks and tell me which one is 4 inches shorter, the "ride height" measurement is aprox 14" center to center, any part numbers floating around out there? Also, does it matter how tight the bolts are on the leaf spring eyes? (I just ran them tight with air) truck isn't sitting level and trying to figure out why, ? Thanks in advance

Re: GMC drop leaf help / shock info

Anyone at all running 4" dropped leaf springs and replace your shocks?
