How to lift my 1/2 ton burb?

I would like to lift my 71 1/2 ton GMC Suburban about 2 inches. What is the best way to do this?
I've heard of putting 3/4 coils under the burb. Anyone ever done this?

Thanks
Ronald

if he is talking about coils, i will assume its 2wd, 1 ton coils would give it alittle lift, or you can get lift coils, or coil spacer. i am not up on the pre 72s... if the back is coils as well, you might have to find some custom ones... if it is leafs, you can go with blocks, add-a-leaf, new lifts springs, or a shackle flip.

It's a 2wd with coils front and rear.
