Sierra Grande ad framed in a Sierra Grande
This was actually a birthday present from my wife, not Christmas, but it was cool enough I figured I'd share.
She took some of the old original trim I was going to toss (damaged piece) and had the print ad for a blue 1970 GMC Sierra Grande framed with it. I was happy enough to have found a Custom Camper ad for my truck in my truck's color, but having it framed in truck trim is the icing!

We should get our wives to hang out together.
That's a good thinkin woman you got there dave. Simply done and very out of the box idea. It would be cool to have a smaller version to put in the truck when you wanna "show" it.

Re: Sierra Grande ad framed in a Sierra Grande
Look how much better that OEM trim fits in those miters.
That was a fantastic idea well executed. You're a lucky man. I expect to see some copy cattin' going on now!

Re: Sierra Grande ad framed in a Sierra Grande
There's just something odd about using a carpentry term like "miter" when referring OEM trim.
