Need a board member in the Haver or Great Falls area
Hi folks; In my search to find new Axles for my truck Crazy Cooter put me on to Randy's Ring & Pinion. These folks have what I need BUT They do not ship international due to parts numbers and billing things that governments like. Even UPS and the like have to have that stuff that Randy's does not provide. Would like to know if there are any board members around Haver Montan or Great Falls even I could use as a shipping drop and come down to pick up my parts and have a visit.

Boarder friends
Hi Stealth; Moscow is a little too far, probably 6 hours one way. Sure appreciate the offer though. Hope Another board member closer to the Alberta Border will get in touch with me, we'll see.

I have a set of axles (axles plus stub shafts) that would probably work for you. They are from a 69 3/4 ton open knuckle drum brake truck (D44) although I think that the disc brake trucks use the same axles. We could probably ship these through the postal service and save you some hastle. I would take $100.00 USD plus shipping if interested.

I wish it were summer time. I'd just load up and bring it over and go camping. Randy's does my Dana 70 work. Would they put it on will call and let me pick it up and send it to you UPS? Is there some kind of a problem shipping axles from USA to Canada??? Let me know if you need some assistance....Tom

Is Cutbank to far?
There is a junkyard right outside of Cutbank that has several of our year of truck, or even Shelby, they are south of Milk River, I have gotten several parts from there in the past. (just a thought)

Cutbank
Cutbank would be perfect, however I would prefer to use the new axles and I do not know anyone there either that might let me use their address as a shipping drop.
Thanks Rick

Axles, Haver NAPA dealer
Greetings Mechanic; That is a gerat suggestion, Tomorrow I will find a Haver phone book and see if I can do something through them. From the sounds of it I am getting the impression that they may be a dealer for Randy,s . That would be perfect. Only a hour and half drive down and might not even have to declare parts coming back, this could work.

Axle problem solved
Thanks to all who got involved in my axle delema. I got Randy,s Ring and Pinion to ship to the Napa Dealer in Haver ( Bob ) who graciously ofered to let me use his store as a shipping drop so next Friday I should be able to slip down and pick up my axles. The guys at Randy,s are really helpful and know their stuff so I will recamend them to you all and if any of you feel the need to come this way please drop in
